Postage, delivery and returns
Everything in this shop is produced and posted from Portugal. We post worldwide.
Postage is free to Portugal and Spain. Everywhere else it is a flat €5, whatever the destination.
Because each order is sent from Portugal, delivery times vary by destination and can be longer than you may be used to from large online retailers. Orders within Portugal and Europe usually arrive within a few working days of dispatch; destinations further afield take longer, and customs handling in the receiving country can add to that. We will always tell you when your order has been sent.
Any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer, as we cannot pay these in advance on your behalf.
You may cancel an order and return an unused item within 14 days of receiving it, for a refund of the item price. Return postage is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it and put things right.
If anything arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact Robert and he will sort it out.
